At the start of the holidays a non-typical culinary experience I had was at the Easter Show in Homebush.
This experience consisted of the typical carnival food although not the healthiest choice for the experience alone it was worth it. The Food I chose for the day was a hot-dog as well a typical frozen slushie to accompany it. This food along with the presentation and the experience combined made it very appealing. The hog dog was a very unhealthy option but on a day like that it is rare to find anything close to a healthy option. The Hot-dogs tasted amazing with the condiments and sides as well being a great way to start the experience.
The final meal of the day was a burger, from one of the few sit down restaurants at the show. The burger was great with slightly spicy peri peri sauce it made the meal a hearty experience. The meal was filling after a long day of walking, the rest along could of swayed me to saying it was a great meal. The food at the Easter Show was a great compliment to the day its self.
